Create a new LTC Admission Account from your Existing Central Fax Admissions Login
Steps:
1) Enter your existing username and password from Central Fax Admissions.
2) Enter your email address that you want associated with your account.
3) When you login to LTC Admissions Online you will use your email address and your current password for Central Fax Admissions.
